Reputation Score

Through our Reputation Management Program we hear directly from our commercial, industrial, and large customers, consumer advocates, retailers, and relevant third parties (such as government and industry stakeholders) about their experiences with our Group, our people, and our products and services. This information is obtained through a mix of qualitative interview work and an online survey. The findings are then distilled into a reputation score for the Group.
